The QSwitched also kills acne causing bacteria, and treats PIH (Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation) which is commonly left behind a bout of acne. As such, it is a suitable laser for acne-prone patients.

It is a laser that is suitable for sensitive skin, as a cooling gel is applied during the treatment. Commonly used as a maintenance laser, this treatment can also be done adjunct with a facial for better skin clarity.
Discovery Pico Laser
As the regional trainer and key opinion leader for the Discovery Pico Laser, Dr. YZ Tan has spent a great amount of time with the Pico Laser and established protocols to effectively treat certain types of pigmentation with it.
The Discovery Pico, as a pico-second laser, is 1000x faster than a nano-second laser. It also has the highest peak power for the machines in the pico-second class, and comes with different hand pieces of varying spot sizes for the doctor to customize his treatments for specific skin conditions or type of pigmentation.
Other than the normal pigmentation laser mode, the Discovery Pico is also able to operate in a fractional mode for skin resurfacing, as well as Tattoo Removal.
